2.2 Changes and Cancellations

3. Pricing and Payment

- Adhere to agreed-upon schedules, barring unforeseen circumstances.
- Maintain the confidentiality of Customer information.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the EU member state where the service was performed.
8. Amendments
Movers Europe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement under certain conditions, including breach of terms or inability to fulfill contractual obligations.
10. Force Majeure
Movers Europe is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations.
